Convention Case

I found this card on Patty Bennett's blog as one that she received as a convention swap and liked it a lot--I've just started to get into my Asian Artistry set. I ended up sending this card to one of my sidelines as part of a mail swap. It was very easy to make--I did wish I had a crimper for the lantern, but using a bone folder and the groove of my fiskars to score it worked also.

Real Red, Basic Gray, Whisper White cs
Real Red, Basic Gray ink
Asian Artistry stamp set
sponging technique, plus scoring on "lantern"
