Found this card on Split Coast and decided to CASE:

My version came out a bit different, but I still like it!

Paper: Always Artichoke, Whisper White
Ribbon: Non-su ribbon with blue rosettes sewn on by hand
Ink: Bashful Blue
Stamps: Pocket Silhouettes
Technique: Quilting rotary cutter used to create faux pierced border
