Altered items: coffee sleeve

I had saved a coffee sleeve (one of those cardboard insulated jobbies that everyone puts on their to-go cup of coffee now) with the idea of using it on a card. I had seen someone do that a while back and thought it was a cool idea. Since I hadn't even inked my Sip by Sip set, I thought this would be a good place to start! I'm not totally happy with the paper piercing, but that's a learning curve for you!
