I've thought a lot about this quote lately, and am trying to moderate my tone with my children.
It is hard, having kids so close in age, with different challenges, and none of them really to the Age of Usefulness. But I must do this, for myself and for them.
This is a quotation that I've thought about a lot, because it's scarily true. I definitely hear my mom's voice in my head! This is especially frequent in certain contexts (such as at the completion of a sewing project-- she's kind of like my inner quality-control).
